Casey Kayden Schwinge is an artist whose work explores emotional depth, inner conflict, and the presence of God in all things. Often described as “dark,” his art is rooted in the belief that nothing in life—no matter how painful—exists outside of God's reach. Through honest, grounded imagery, he invites viewers to see that light and darkness are both part of a greater whole.
Born in Mexico City, Casey later lived in Pachuca, Conifer, Colorado, and now Knoxville, Tennessee. While volunteering in a psychiatric hospital, he experienced a mental health crisis that led him to the teachings of Eckhart Tolle and Mooji. These ideas introduced him to non-duality, which he now sees as deeply aligned with his Christian (Baptist) faith—not as a contradiction, but as a reminder that God is present in all moments, not just the ones we call “good.” His art is a response to that truth.
